Walking into Thirteen48 you'll be amazed by how light and bright the space is. The Parlor features an eclectic wall of old, new and handmade artisan goods with options to decorate and customize while antique stained glass windows highlight the history of the house.

SITTING ROOM

You'll immediately fall in love with the romance of this space with its mix of modern and historic.  This room has amazing light from its many windows plus a show stopping fireplace as its center piece.

KITCHEN

Whether looking for the perfect backdrop for your product or lifestyle shoot or a food prep/staging area for your next event, you'll love the light and bright room with beautiful and unique gold accents designed to wow.  

UPSTAIRS STUDIO

Our upstairs Studio is a large open space that provides opportunities for larger groups and is perfect for workshops and dinner parties.

UPSTAIRS LOUNGE

Rest and relax in our serene Upstairs Lounge.  With calming pastel colors and lots of light it's the perfect place for a unique photo shoot, small gathering or meeting.

GARDEN TERRACE

Our versitile outdoor patio has beautiful landscaping, porch, bamboo, fountain and veranda.  Greate for your next gathering or dinner party.
