Venue Capacity
We are a proud micro-events location! That means we only allow a max of 15 people on site.

Mon-Wed - $100 /hour
Thurs - $75 /hour
Fri-Sun - $125 /hour
Setup & Breakdown time should be included in booking.
Events & Meetings
$350 /hour - Full Venue
$225 /hour - Downstairs only
$75 /hour - Studio only
$75 /hour - Garden Terrace only
$50 /hour - Lounge only
Setup & Breakdown time should be included in booking. Notify us when inquiring if you only want Downstairs, Garden, Studio or Lounge and we can adjust pricing accordingly.
Tour Thirteen48
Unlike other locations, at Thirteen48 you have a space that is fully curated with furniture and decor that comes included in your rental. Every rental provides access to up to 9 handmade wooden tables and 30 white chairs + all decor items that are set out and staged in our various rooms and open spaces.
Ask our team about additional rental options such as arches, custom backdrops, photography equipment, and tabletop items such as flatwear, dinnerwear, linens, and serving items.

Thirteen48 is a beautiful 1902 vintage modern home located in Houston's historic Heights district. Considered historically significant, the location boasts original hardwood floors, stained glass windows and more. While paying homage to its original design, the white interior, large natural light windows and modern + boho accents provide a unique design that's great for photography and small intimate gatherings.
